Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify organizations that have hiring or workforce management requirements;

• Refer potential clients to our team;

• We handle the complete commercial process, including needs assessment, proposal creation, and closing the deal;

• You will earn commissions from contracts that are finalized and compensated based on your referrals.

• Individuals with extensive professional networks;

• Consultants, sales personnel, business owners, HR specialists, or similar roles;

• Candidates with access to decision-makers and organizations within their geographical area or industry sector.
