Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new sales prospects through networking, outreach, and prospecting.

• Present and market products or services to potential clients.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Comprehend client requirements and deliver customized solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales to achieve or surpass targets.

• Keep precise records of sales activities within CRM systems.

• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to aid in lead generation initiatives.

• Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated experience in sales or a customer-facing position.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive setting.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Self-driven with a focus on results.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Familiarity with the industry or product category is advantageous.
