This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Answer inbound customer calls and determine their interest in various products.
• Provide guidance to customers on product choices by addressing questions and recommending suitable options.
• Assist customers from the initial inquiry to the completion of the sale.
• Educate customers on the cost-effective advantages of different products, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Drive sales by managing incoming customer inquiries effectively.
• Handle customer communications in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
• Finalize sales and meet monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers, following up proactively to secure the sale.
• Monitor order progress to guarantee accurate and timely processing.
• Utilize the company-specific system, NetSuite, for entering estimates, orders, and documenting sales inquiries.
• Establish and maintain precise records and notes in NetSuite.
• Analyze trends related to sales inquiries, product specifications, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the Resolutions, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Suggest improvements for processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience in the Commercial Interiors and/or Building Materials sectors.
• Experience in HVAC sales is a preferred advantage.
• Demonstrated sales abilities with a proven track record in achieving results.
• Focused on customer service, with the capacity to meet sales targets.
• Competent in computer usage and possess strong data entry skills.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Adept at multitasking and working independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
