• In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with driving business development across a range of stores in the DIY (home improvement) and specialist retail sectors.
• You will execute negotiated agreements, expand customer business, guarantee brand visibility, and oversee commercial operations.
• Your contribution will be crucial in training contacts and enhancing in-store performance.
• Apply negotiated agreements: consistently uphold the commercial arrangements established with customers.
• Clearly communicate the structure of the agreement along with the associated commitments.
• Guide customers in growing their business by utilizing the four key levers: assortment, shelving/planogram, price, and promotion.
• Assist customers in expanding their business through effective merchandising practices.
• Ensure the availability of negotiated assortments and key Power SKUs.
• Maintain optimal visibility of brands and products.
• Prevent stockouts and take action to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure the commercial success and profitability of the operations.
• Meet peak-period targets for each product category.
• Conduct daily reporting in the CRM system.
• Facilitate effective information circulation.
• Perform competitive monitoring in-store.
• Manage all assigned resources, including store fixtures, winner-per-store displays, televisions, etc.
• Educate and train contacts about products, markets, and best practices for shelf management to enhance their performance.
• A Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent, preferably with prior experience or an internship in the mass retail sector.
