This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Initiate, develop, and expand the North Texas region (Dallas, Waco) through effective strategic planning and disciplined execution.
• Assume full responsibility for the performance of the territory, encompassing strategy formulation, customer engagement, and follow-up.
• Consistently meet and surpass sales targets across a varied customer demographic.
• Foster growth in both new and existing accounts through clinical adoption, expanded applications, and customized account strategies.
• Provide education to customers regarding clinical value, safety, and suitable usage while proactively identifying and overcoming obstacles.
• Implement a consultative selling approach to reveal needs, align solutions, and secure buy-in from stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
• Spearhead implementation initiatives to promote long-term adoption and sustained utilization of NavDx.
• Efficiently manage the territory through strategic call planning, effective use of CRM tools (Salesforce), and regular follow-up.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and high ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare sales.
• More than 5 years in a startup or high-growth setting (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to oncology providers (strongly preferred).
• A proven history of surpassing sales objectives in complex, competitive landscapes.
• Experience in establishing or expanding new territories and operating autonomously.
• Demonstrated success in strategic, consultative sales (e.g., capital equipment, enterprise solutions).
• Engagement experience with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Otolaryngologists, and Colorectal Surgeons.
• Established relationships with key academic institutions and experience navigating multidisciplinary care environments.
• Proficient in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capacity to influence clinical decision-making.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
