This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +9 more states.
β’ Make daily outbound calls to both current and potential referral sources.
β’ Navigate phone systems and gatekeepers to connect with physicians and office leadership.
β’ Reintroduce and inform practices about our in-home sleep testing solutions.
β’ Adhere to structured outreach messaging while personalizing conversations as needed.
β’ Build and sustain relationships within your designated geographic area.
β’ Precisely document activities and manage your pipeline using CRM systems.
β’ Always represent ISC and MedBridge with professionalism and dedication.
β’ A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in computer and phone operations.
β’ Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up skills.
β’ Capability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
β’ Capacity to achieve quotas and meet deadlines.
β’ An associate degree or higher is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
