This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Drive the development of new business opportunities and enhance existing ones to boost profits for the branch/region.

• Aid in crafting marketing strategies to complement sales initiatives.

• Foster relationships with prospective clients to build trust and a positive rapport.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with manufacturers of modular buildings and sub-contractors involved in transportation, installation, and service.

• Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

• Adhere to established protocols in sales and project execution.

• Guarantee exceptional service delivery for customers throughout the project duration.

• Maintain precise records in the division's database regarding customer quotes, specifications, and special requests; fulfill minimum daily entry requirements.

• Meet or surpass sales-related targets and objectives.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• ____ Years of Sales Experience in a sales role within the rental industry; results-oriented.

• Previous experience in a customer-centric or collaborative environment.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Knowledge of the sales process and its dynamics.

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Outstanding communication skills; capable of expressing ideas clearly in verbal, email, and written formats.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• High motivation level and a genuine passion for sales.

• Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Suite, the Internet, and other customer databases.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with both customers and the sales team while maintaining attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Proven experience in a process-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated project and time management skills.

• Effective time management abilities and capacity to operate in a process-driven setting.

• Confident, assertive, quick-thinking, and capable of making decisions within defined guidelines.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• In certain states, candidates must successfully obtain the HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks of their start date.
