Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming calls and nurturing warm leads

• Advising customers on their insurance requirements

• Aligning appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to transform sales leads into policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• Required 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills essential for closing sales

• Effective communication skills for interacting with both prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy

• Property and Casualty Insurance License (Training will be provided if you do not currently possess one)
