📋 Description

• Managing inbound calls and engaging with warm leads

• Advising potential and current policyholders on their insurance requirements

• Identifying suitable coverages, products, and benefits to transform sales leads into policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• Required 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to finalize sales

• Effective communication skills for interacting with both prospects and customers

• Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained post-hire
