Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming calls and nurturing warm leads

• Advising customers on their insurance requirements

• Identifying the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales prospects into policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• Required 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills necessary for closing sales

• Ability to effectively communicate with both prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained post-hire.
