Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming calls and engaging with warm leads

• Advising potential and current policyholders on their insurance requirements

• Aligning appropriate coverages, products, and advantages to transform sales leads into policyholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• A minimum of 2 years of sales or service-related experience is mandatory

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills essential for closing sales

• Effective communication skills for interacting with both prospects and customers

• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and strong PC knowledge required

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained post-hire
