This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Assess client requirements and propose customized insurance solutions
β’ Build and sustain robust relationships with clients
β’ Drive lead generation through networking, referrals, and resources provided by the company
β’ Inform clients about available policies and coverage alternatives
β’ Follow up with potential clients to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
β’ Keep up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings
β’ Operate independently while working in conjunction with a supportive team
β’ Possession of an insurance license (or a willingness to obtain one, with our guidance)
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
β’ Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
β’ Capability to work autonomously and effectively manage time
