This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
β’ Expand the market share of ASP products within the designated area in alignment with company objectives.
β’ Build relationships with new clients and target existing customers, identifying solutions that meet their needs through a consultative sales process.
β’ Provide clients with appropriate solutions, marketing materials, and clinical information to secure their commitment to purchasing ASP products.
β’ Develop new potential clients primarily through the introduction of capital equipment, while nurturing supporters of ASP technology.
β’ Effectively communicate and collaborate with regional sales managers, field service engineers, marketing, training, and education teams.
β’ Offer product demonstrations, training presentations, and on-site operational guidance based on customer needs.
β’ Utilize Salesforce to provide real-time and updated customer information; regularly update sales action plans and forecasts for regional quarterly reviews and business plans to facilitate the procurement of ASP products and services.
β’ Establish and maintain optimal visit frequency to foster strong relationships with customers, gain deeper insights into their business and needs, and achieve sales quotas.
β’ Analyze the sales potential of capital equipment, consumables, and services within the region, and develop sales execution plans to meet or exceed company targets.
β’ Continuously acquire, maintain, and expand understanding of product features, benefits, applications, and market conditions to enhance demand for existing and future products.
β’ Participate in local associations or other relevant organizations, including regional procurement groups.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales, or equivalent experience.
β’ Willingness to travel as required by the role.
β’ Candidates with a nursing background or experience in industrial equipment sales are also welcome, in addition to those with a background in pharmaceutical sales.
