• Generate in-depth insights into local healthcare ecosystems and the market landscape to identify opportunities for enhancing the care system and improving patient outcomes through the integration of Exact Science’s solutions.
• Analyze the treatment journey within the local care system to pinpoint account opportunities for collaboration with HCPs to enhance clinical decision-making and improve patient and population health outcomes in the context of EXAS's current and future pipelines.
• Establish a network of relationships within accounts to gain insights into unmet needs of the system, customers, and patients.
• Synthesize data from various formal and informal sources to comprehend the evolving and dynamic local care system.
• Develop and execute business and account plans to enhance the visibility and awareness of the Company’s products while maximizing opportunities and driving sales growth.
• Lead the execution of these business and customer plans by devising and implementing customer-specific pre-and post-call engagement strategies that assess and address customer needs.
• Inform, educate, and empower target physician and stakeholder groups regarding Exact Sciences products and value propositions, enabling them to make informed decisions about treatment options and patient resources.
• Proactively drive business growth by concentrating on customers with the highest potential and initiating connections to uncover unmet needs and opportunities.
• Oversee the successful execution of account plans through collaboration and coordination with key internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior sales, inside sales, or account management experience, OR 1 year of sales experience combined with 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or another field relevant to the role's essential duties, OR completion of active-duty military service as a Junior Officer or higher.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid, etc., licenses are permitted.
• No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the past 36 months.
• No alcohol or drug-related incidents where a vehicle was operated by the candidate or employee in the last 36 months.
• Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare facilities for access (e.g., vaccination requirements, mask mandates, etc.).
• Proven ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
