This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Oversee travel package bookings and liaise with global hotel chains.
β’ Provide assistance to customers through phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
β’ Assess customer requirements and deliver customized travel solutions.
β’ Finalize sales with incoming leads (customers who have expressed interest).
β’ Precisely document and manage customer information in the CRM system (a wired internet connection is required).
β’ Maintain a superior level of customer service and sales experience.
β’ Work collaboratively with the team to enhance processes and overall performance.
β’ Engage with warm/hot databases and proactively follow up on opportunities.
β’ 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales and customer service within the travel, hospitality, or contact center sectors (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, or comparable).
β’ Proficient in English at an advanced level (B2 High β C1) with excellent spoken fluency.
β’ Familiarity with CRM tools.
β’ At least some level of university education (completed or ongoing).
β’ Flexibility for rotating schedules and varying days off, sometimes notified within the same week.
β’ Knowledge of a third language (German or Portuguese) and studies in tourism, business, or customer service are advantageous.
