This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continuously evaluate your individual performance against the sales objectives set for your territory.
• Foster robust collaboration with operational divisions of BEC LS - Applications, Marketing & Administration, and Services.
• Build and sustain relationships at all levels with customers to leverage connections, share information, and enhance their experience.
• Execute strategic initiatives by formulating a comprehensive action plan to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead sales campaigns in partnership with the marketing team to expedite lead management and improve customer visibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences and/or Clinical market.
• Demonstrated experience with Sales Funnel Management, preferably using SFDC.
• Willingness to travel – 50% travel required, including overnight trips within the territory or to other locations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Experience in Flow Cytometry sales and applications.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level or a minimum of intermediate level.
