This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee and retain current customer accounts within a designated territory.
β’ Proactively reach out to customers who have decreased or halted their orders.
β’ Conduct remote sales of products in accordance with established frameworks, tenders, and contracts.
β’ Identify, cultivate, and finalize sales opportunities; assist with pricing and contract negotiations.
β’ Collaborate closely with field sales to aid in territory planning, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
β’ Interact with a variety of stakeholders, including pharmacists, clinicians, nurses, and technical teams.
β’ Leverage market and account data to prioritize sales efforts and insights.
β’ Keep precise CRM records and assist with forecasting and supply chain planning.
β’ Contribute to customer service initiatives and the implementation of platforms.
β’ Address customer issues professionally, especially during supply-related challenges.
β’ ABPI qualified.
β’ Excellent communication abilities (phone, digital, and technical).
β’ Able to work independently in a fully remote capacity.
β’ Customer-oriented with a strong commercial focus.
β’ Experience in anaesthesia or hospital-based products is desirable.
β’ Familiarity with NHS frameworks and tender environments is desirable.
β’ Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
