• Identify and capitalize on new paint system opportunities within collision centers.
• Establish and nurture a strong professional network to create a steady flow of new business opportunities.

• Maintain a structured customer engagement approach, which includes a regular call schedule and precise documentation of all customer interactions in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Effectively prioritize tasks and contribute to national sales goals related to revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and distributor management while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
• Support standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure customers are informed about available education and training through Axalta Training Programs.
• Keep accurate account and contact information in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Utilize appropriate technology and tools to maximize productivity and improve communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Consistently exhibit safety awareness in all activities.
• Manage selling expenses within the allocated budget.
• Proven sales professional with experience in the Automotive Refinish industry.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the Automotive Refinish sector.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of collision repair shop operations.
• Strong understanding of the collision repair market and the auto parts distribution landscape.
• Ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and capable of performing effectively in a highly autonomous setting.
• Display professionalism at all organizational levels and consider the implications of actions on customers.
• Strong team player who actively supports national initiatives and broader customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Travel up to 75%.
