This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Establish and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with accounts in the designated territory while delivering exceptional customer support.
• Oversee and maintain a comprehensive database for all assigned accounts, serving as the customer service liaison for territory accounts.
• Participate in seasonal sales meetings and sales retreats.
• Assist sales representatives and other territory team members as needed to ensure event coverage in various regions.
• Collaborate with the inside customer service and marketing teams to provide prompt responses, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service for accounts.
• Strive to meet sales targets and tournament objectives within the territory sustainably.
• Support merchandising efforts to ensure that KJUS products at points of sale in stores are presented as premium and well-branded at all times.
• Identify potential new distribution opportunities with suitable clients that align with KJUS brand values and business criteria, always in coordination with the Western US Sales Manager and Leadership team.
• Implement the seeding program according to KJUS guidelines.
• Plan, execute, and participate in customer and retail events, including trunk shows, tournaments, and in-store sales activities to boost sales.
• Actively represent the brand at ski events and retail partner locations to enhance brand visibility, sell-through, and account development.
• Provide regular updates to the US Sales Manager through weekly calls, planning discussions, and activity reports.
• Conduct account analysis to effectively support digital order proposals and promote tournaments to accounts.
• Manage the territory with seasonal sell-in and in-season support for both Golf and Ski partners.
• Attend trade shows to present the seasonal line to accounts and assist in merchandising and purchasing decisions.
• Organize and conduct product knowledge training sessions for accounts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or within a professional business setting.
• Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
• Familiarity with RepSpark is preferred.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, with occasional lifting requirements.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
• A strong passion for the outdoor sports industry.
