This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Establish connections with growers and serve as their trusted advisor.
• Educate growers and retailers on Timac products and demonstrate how our technologies can enhance their profitability and sustainability.
• Actively listen to and comprehend customer concerns, needs, and preferences.
• Travel within your designated territory to meet potential and existing customers while introducing our products.
• Organize field demonstrations and gather data to drive future sales.
• Represent Timac at growers' meetings and industry events.
• Formulate your sales strategy to present our products to customers within your assigned region.
• A bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience (or a strong desire to learn).
• Vision and determination to create and implement a strategic plan.
• A passion for sustainable agriculture.
• Capability to establish and nurture relationships grounded in reliability and trust.
• Valid Driver’s License.
