• Cultivate relationships with growers and position yourself as their trusted advisor.
• Educate growers and retailers on Timac products and demonstrate how our technologies can enhance their profitability and sustainability.
• Actively listen to and comprehend customer concerns, needs, and preferences.
• Travel within your designated territory to engage with potential and existing customers while introducing our product offerings.
• Organize field demonstrations and gather data from them to facilitate future sales opportunities.
• Represent Timac at growers' meetings and industry events.
• Formulate your sales strategy to effectively present our products to clients within your assigned region.
• A bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience (or a strong desire to learn).
• Vision and ambition to create and implement a strategic plan.
• A passion for sustainable agriculture.
• Capability to build and foster relationships grounded in reliability and trust.
• A valid Driver’s License.
