• Identify new opportunities within the agricultural sector and provide hose and fluid transfer solutions tailored to the needs of field applications, irrigation systems, and equipment performance.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the agricultural industry, including growers, equipment dealers, irrigation specialists, and OEM partners.
• Collaborate closely with the District Sales Manager to execute territory strategies that foster growth and enhance market presence in agriculture.
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and on-site support to ensure the proper use, durability, and performance of Snap-tite solutions in real-world agricultural settings.
• Monitor and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights within the CRM to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets by actively pursuing new accounts while reinforcing long-term relationships with existing agricultural clients.
• Represent Snap-tite at agricultural trade shows, expos, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility and discover new business opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to provide responsive support and practical solutions customized to customer requirements.
• Keep abreast of agricultural trends, seasonal demands, and competitive products to effectively position solutions and assist customers in a constantly evolving market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, preferably in agriculture or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in outside sales is required.
• A valid driver's license with no significant driving violations is essential.
• Prior experience with Microsoft 365 Dynamics is preferred.
• Experience in contract negotiations is a plus.
