This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Meet revenue and profit objectives within the designated sales territory and specific product category.
• Create strategic, goal-oriented project plans with both short- and medium-term outlooks.
• Establish and nurture relationships with all key decision-makers and influencers, including sub-specialists.
• Negotiate contracts and terms effectively to finalize sales.
• Oversee all sales processes and activities for prioritized accounts (A, B, C).
• Identify and cultivate account potential.
• Responsible for sales forecasting activities.
• Record sales activities in the Salesforce Lightning CRM.
• A degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business administration, medicine, or medical technology is preferred.
• Several years of sales experience, preferably within the medical technology field.
• Proficient negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
• Deep understanding of customers' business needs.
• Familiarity with hospital financing and procurement processes.
• Eagerness to acquire comprehensive product knowledge and therapeutic insight in the designated product area.
• Collaborative team player.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) is required.
