Sales Rep

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing warm calls (approximately 200+ each week).

• Manage calls that last between 6 to 15 minutes to onboard new customers, elucidate LawnStarter’s offerings, and promote recurring plans.

• Achieve and surpass sales goals and quality benchmarks.

• Exhibit outstanding communication abilities with U.S. clientele.

• Keep precise CRM records while adhering to data protection regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Desktop or laptop equipped with a camera (minimum Core i5, 8GB RAM), dual monitors, and a noise-canceling headset.

• Reliable Ethernet connection (50mbps download and 25mbps upload).

• A backup internet connection meeting the same speed criteria (such as mobile data or a secondary ISP).

• A backup power supply (for instance, UPS or generator) to address potential power outages.

• Noise-canceling headset or headphones featuring a microphone.

• A distraction-free, dedicated workspace.

• Base Pay: ₱ 41,360.00/month

• Performance Incentives: ₱ 9,000–37,000/month

• Total Potential Pay: ₱ 50,360–78,360/month
