Sales Recruiter – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for AE positions, including sourcing, outreach, screening, offering, and closing candidates.

• Directly source candidates while simultaneously managing a pipeline of external agency partners.

• Evaluate, onboard, and oversee agency relationships, including managing scorecards, feedback turnaround, fee negotiations, and eliminating underperforming partners.

• Develop and enhance the AE interview process, including scorecards and candidate materials.

• Collaborate with sales leadership on compensation strategies and negotiation closures.

• Ensure the accuracy of Ashby data, focusing on pipeline health, pass-through rates, and source distribution (direct vs. agency).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial focus on Sales/AE hiring.

• Hands-on experience managing and running agency funnels—not merely receiving submissions, but also triaging, coaching, and holding agencies accountable.

• Ability to thrive in a startup or rapidly growing environment with limited structure.

• A proven track record as a closer—able to discuss specific AE roles you've successfully filled and your time-to-fill metrics.

• Strong skills in outbound sourcing; you do not depend solely on inbound leads or agencies.

• Analytical mindset—focused on funnel conversion rather than just headcount.

• Remote work is acceptable; some overlap with San Francisco hours is required for standup meetings and interviews.
