Sales Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and facilitate the recruitment of candidates who align with client specifications, including job roles, salary expectations, and cultural compatibility.

• Ensure candidates provide clear confirmations for accepted job offers.

• Oversee multiple recruitment projects concurrently.

• Achieve monthly hiring objectives.

• Adhere to recruitment protocols, including data privacy and protection regulations.

• Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality.

• Comfortable operating as an Independent Contractor (responsible for personal taxes and benefits).

• Prepared to complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the selection process.
