Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with customers who have abandoned their shopping carts to recover potential sales.

• Assist pet owners in selecting products that best meet their dogs' specific needs.

• Address inquiries and alleviate any uncertainties regarding purchases.

• Foster trust, overcome objections, and convert interested leads into finalized sales.

• Convert near-buyers into loyal, repeat clients.

• Collaborate with leadership and utilize training resources to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement.

• Operate under a commission structure without limits while seamlessly integrating with company operations.

• Work remotely using the company's communication tools and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive for growth and sales success.

• Knowledge, experience, or a deep passion for health and wellness.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to forge genuine connections with customers.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, beginning at 8 AM CST.

• Reliable internet connection and equipment are essential.

• A fast, dependable laptop or desktop with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Proficiency in running the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps for download and 5 Mbps for upload.

• Latency should be approximately under 150 ms.

• Jitter should be approximately under 30 ms.

• Packet loss should be approximately under 1%.
