This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Oversee and track sales initiatives and client inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with internal departments (administrative, legal, commercial) to ensure seamless operations.
• Keep documentation, task management, and timelines organized in SharePoint.
• Manage invoicing, follow up on payments, and provide updates on reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients across international markets.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing (mandatory).
• Background in real estate project coordination or operations.
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 (previously known as Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
