
Sales Program Manager β Soft Tissue Capital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Oversee the programmatic management of Soft Tissue Capital sales processes across various therapies.
β’ Enhance funnel conversion rates and decrease cycle durations through organized sales coordination.
β’ Assist in account targeting, upgrade strategies, and initiatives for portfolio expansion.
β’ Collaborate with commercial and T&E teams to ensure capital placements meet market development requirements.
β’ Deliver insights and reporting to monitor progress towards capital revenue goals.
β’ Facilitate the consistent implementation of the Pan-Medtronic capital strategy across different regions.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, program management, or commercial operations.
β’ Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams within a complex sales landscape.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze sales and market data.
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Knowledge of Soft Tissue technologies such as Hugo RAS, which are used in minimally invasive procedures in Urology, Gynecology, and General Surgery.
β’ Willingness to travel as required to support field teams.
β’ Preferred: Experience in surgical robotics or prior exposure to capital-enabled commercial models.
