This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize your existing network and connections, or conduct research and cold outreach to identify potential healthcare organizations.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings between target accounts and the Quadrivia sales team.
• Manage and develop accounts from our approved target account lists.
• Complete brief positioning certifications prior to commencing outreach efforts.
• Monitor outreach activities and track deal progression using the Quadrivia contractor platform.
• Represent Quadrivia in a professional and credible manner within your network.
• A minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales experience selling to health systems, IDNs, payors, or other specified target ICPs.
• A genuine and active network of relationships.
• Proven ability to initiate conversations with executive and clinical leadership (C-suite, VP, Director, CMO, CNO, COO) without relying on a provided list.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without management supervision or a set schedule.
• Driven by uncapped, performance-based income that directly correlates with your individual achievements.
• Comfortable presenting a new product to your network in a credible and professional manner.
• This position is a 100% commission-based contractor role (1099).
• There is no base salary, hourly rate, benefits, or minimum hours required.
• Direct correlation between your outreach efforts and your income.
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
