This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assess client requirements and suggest customized insurance solutions
• Build and sustain robust client relationships
• Create leads through networking, referrals, and resources provided by the company
• Inform clients about the policies and coverage options available
• Follow up with potential clients to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep updated on industry trends and product developments
• Operate independently while engaging with a collaborative team
• Possession of an insurance license (or a commitment to obtain one – guidance will be provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
• Capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency for CRM and client management
