This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current customers.
• Actively pursue opportunities and leads.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the industry and product range.
• Organize and conduct sales calls and product presentations.
• Oversee the complete sales process to foster business growth.
• Monitor activities, opportunities, and pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales development or inside sales (SDR, BDR, ADR, or similar roles).
• Excellent sales communication abilities, including confident cold calling, navigating past gatekeepers, building rapport swiftly, and comfortably engaging with seasoned business owners.
• Open to coaching and feedback, with a genuine desire to learn and enhance skills.
• Analytical and metrics-oriented, with an understanding of how data can be utilized to monitor and improve performance.
• Practical experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred; Pardot is a plus).
• Results-oriented, energetic, and driven by goals and performance.
• Experience or background in Marketing is considered advantageous.
