This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive sales process documentation, which includes defining stages, entry and exit criteria, qualification standards, and hand-offs for sellers.
• Ensure that process guides, playbooks, and role-based standards serve as a single source of truth.
• Manage the governance of the sales process, encompassing change intake, impact assessments, approvals, and controlled field releases.
• Identify workflow friction experienced by sellers through field interviews and adoption data, and develop a roadmap for improvements.
• Design, construct, and personally conduct training sessions focused on the sales process, methodology, and the entire sales technology stack.
• Oversee the learning architecture from onboarding new hires to upskilling tenured sellers, with tailored paths for different roles.
• Provide various forms of enablement, including live, virtual, on-demand, micro-learning, job aids, and office hours, along with certification and reinforcement.
• Lead the rollout of platforms and process updates, which includes readiness assessments, communication strategies, cutover enablement, and support following launches.
• Manage commercial AI enablement and foster practical seller fluency in AI applications.
• Convert AI capabilities into role-specific use cases for tasks such as research, call preparation, account planning, messaging, and proposal assistance.
• Build and maintain a library of commercial prompts and a catalogue of use cases.
• Establish commercial AI usage standards in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Privacy teams, representing the Commercial division in enterprise AI governance discussions.
• Utilize AI to create training content and assessments, draft communications, develop role-play scenarios, and analyze feedback.
• Define and report metrics related to process compliance, training effectiveness, technology adoption, and AI utilization.
• Implement feedback loops with the field and communicate the impact of enablement to Sales Technology & AI and Commercial leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales process design, change management, revenue operations, or sales training within a B2B enterprise setting.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training to a distributed sales audience personally.
• Direct involvement in owning, documenting, or significantly reshaping a sales process within a complex organization.
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI in a professional environment.
• Strong capabilities in change management across a large and often skeptical, distributed audience.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and influence senior stakeholders across NA, EMEA, and APAC time zones without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Background working within Global MNC Organizations.
• Familiarity with CRM, sales engagement, content enablement, conversation intelligence, and data intelligence platforms.
• Experience with a major CRM or platform migration as an enablement, training, or change owner.
• Working knowledge of a recognized sales methodology.
• A formal change management credential such as Prosci/ADKAR is advantageous.
