• Develop, implement, and uphold a standardized framework for performance measurement across all business divisions.
• Create enterprise-wide KPIs that encompass service, throughput, quality, and areas of friction to facilitate consistent and actionable performance assessments.
• Establish governance processes to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all teams and business units.
• Collaborate internally to design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting standards that deliver clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
• Examine trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide executive-ready insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Convert performance data into operational enhancements and measurable business impacts through structured feedback loops.
• Work alongside business unit leaders to promote data-informed decisions and drive ongoing performance improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and continually refine reporting frameworks, methodologies, and processes for enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and clarity.
• Act as the enterprise-wide custodian of performance visibility and insights, ensuring that reporting is consistent, accurate, and actionable.
• Anticipate business needs proactively, recommend predictive analytics, and identify emerging trends to optimize sales performance.
• Collaborate across functions to align metrics with organizational objectives and support operational excellence initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales performance, operational analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven electronics distribution or B2B setting.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement enterprise-wide performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards across various business units.
• Strong comprehension of SLA/KPI management, operational standards, and continuous improvement methodologies, with a proven track record of fostering alignment across teams.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex performance data into actionable recommendations for executives and leaders.
• Experience in delivering executive-level reporting, analyzing trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and transforming insights into operational enhancements.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities, projects, and reporting initiatives concurrently.
• Collaborative mindset with experience in partnering with Operations, Sales, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with the capacity to adapt swiftly while maintaining high standards.
• Proficient in business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, BI platforms, dashboarding tools, data visualization software).
• Data-driven and metrics-focused, able to validate data, measure impact, and continuously refine reporting and insight generation throughout the organization.
