This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Outbound Calling: You will conduct qualified outbound calls on a daily basis to D2C brands within the DACH region.
• Lead Qualification: During conversations, you will assess whether a lead is suitable and smoothly transition them to the Account Executive.
• Meeting Booking: You are responsible for scheduling qualified meetings in the calendars of our Account Executives.
• Multichannel Outreach: You will enhance your impact by integrating calls with LinkedIn and email outreach.
• CRM & Reporting: You will meticulously document your activities in Close, monitor your KPIs, and continually optimize your efforts.
• Script Testing: You will experiment with openings, pitches, and objection handling, iterating based on the data collected.
• You possess a strong affinity for phone communication.
• Excellent communication skills in both German (native) and English are essential.
• High energy and self-motivation are crucial, even during the 80th call of the day.
• Resilience: A rejection does not deter you from your goals.
• You have quick comprehension abilities and a keen sense for people.
• Initial experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B) is preferred.
• Experience is not mandatory; what matters most is your eagerness to learn.
• Bonus: Familiarity with D2C or e-commerce brands is an advantage.
• Experience with tools such as Close, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is beneficial.
• Background in agency sales or SaaS sales is a plus.
• Prior experience in high-pressure environments, such as startups or performance-focused teams, is valuable.
• Direct impact: You will fill the pipeline — your contributions are essential for revenue generation, making your efforts measurable and visible.
• Development: There is a clear career trajectory to an Account Executive role based on strong performance.
• Training: You will receive weekly sales coaching, call reviews, and script practice with a sales expert.
• Remote + offsites: You can work remotely, with regular offsite gatherings for focused work and team building.
• Compensation: You will receive a base salary plus an uncapped bonus for each booked and held meeting, giving you control over your earnings.
