This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee all facets of order entry and management operations.
• Organize, plan, and manage service orders from clients.
• Examine order data, rectify errors, and create purchase orders for vendors.
• Assess submitted orders for artwork formatting, completeness, accuracy, delivery timelines, and acceptable margins.
• Update orders to reflect quantities shipped to customer locations.
• Record order-related activities in various systems.
• Deliver daily customer service to clients and vendors.
• Provide customers with pricing details, order status updates, samples, and information on completed orders.
• Address customer service and order management issues to avoid processing delays and errors.
• Fulfill client orders while maintaining a balance between speed and accuracy.
• Execute related ad hoc tasks.
• Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English communication.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to prioritize, multitask, remain flexible, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of direct experience in promotional, customer service, or order management roles.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is preferred.
• Experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
• Familiarity with promotional-industry software such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, and Syncore.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
