This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the sales inbox for incoming contracts and submissions.
• Analyze contracts to pinpoint issues or causes for delays.
• Highlight errors, missing information, or discrepancies.
• Develop sales workbooks for each new project, including contracts and financing documents.
• Organize and uphold accurate records for all incoming sales.
• Ensure all documentation is comprehensive and well-structured.
• Generate and update work orders within the Salesforce CRM system.
• Precisely input and monitor project details.
• Maintain tidy and organized CRM records.
• Aid in resolving contracts that are on hold by identifying core issues.
• Assist with additional tasks such as validating pricing and financing.
• Contribute to enhancing workflow efficiency and processing speed.
• 1–3+ years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, or CRM management.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workflows.
• Prior experience in reviewing contracts or sales documents is advantageous.
• Background in quality assurance or process-checking is preferred.
• Basic skills in Excel or spreadsheet management.
