This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• This role in Cloud Sales Operations combines strategic planning, analytics, and operational execution to enhance the Cloud Provider go-to-market efforts.
• Serve as the primary coordination hub among Cloud Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment on key priorities and execution strategies.
• Take ownership of Cloud Provider operational dashboards, tracking metrics such as bookings, backlog, shipments, revenue recognition, and risk indicators.
• Identify systemic execution challenges (process, tools, data quality) and provide recommendations for corrective measures to Cloud leadership.
• Facilitate strategic account planning by delivering data-driven insights on account performance, potential expansion opportunities, and coverage models.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance to assist in quota modeling, capacity planning, and headcount planning for Cloud initiatives.
• Create and standardize operational rhythms (weekly business reviews, pipeline assessments, supply reviews).
• Aid in the onboarding process for new Cloud Providers, including account setup, reporting, and internal training.
• Develop executive-level narratives that convert operational data into actionable business insights and decisions.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses for Cloud leadership, such as new program launches and priority initiatives.
• 4-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Development, or Analytics within Enterprise IT, Cloud, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Direct experience supporting Cloud Providers, Hyperscalers, or large-scale Service Provider accounts.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, quota assignment, and deal execution.
• Practical experience dealing with supply chain constraints, backlog management, and delivery forecasting.
• Proven capability to function as a trusted advisor to senior sales and business leaders.
• Track record of transforming complex data sets into clear, executive-ready insights.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Corporate Strategy teams.
• Advanced skills in Excel/data analysis, with experience using CRM, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
