This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to create quotes, monitor opportunities, and manage order processing.
• Respond swiftly to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Propose innovative pricing and payment solutions that align customer needs with pricing policies.
• Act as a bridge between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives.
• Cultivate and maintain knowledge of products, industry trends, vendor resources, and GuidePoint Security service offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key vendors and customers at GuidePoint.
• Participate in regional forecasting calls and conduct pipeline analysis to ensure accuracy in forecasts.
• Utilize resources and connections to deliver value to customers.
• Serve as a liaison among GuidePoint outside Account Executives, Accounting, and Contracts Departments to facilitate order processing and tracking.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze data and make decisions that enhance GuidePoint Security's performance.
• Exhibit the capability to juggle multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with various GuidePoint teams to streamline processes and information, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. An Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the IT industry.
• Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential, with a preference for Salesforce.com.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation at an intermediate level.
• Preferred background in technical sales/support and outbound calling.
• Self-driven with exceptional skills in prioritizing and multitasking.
• Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A consistently positive attitude, a strong results-oriented drive, and the capacity to handle ambiguity are essential.
• Solid mathematical abilities for calculating margins, discounts, and percentages are required.
• Must be receptive to constructive feedback and willing to apply it for improvement.
• Exhibits sound judgment in evaluating information to make beneficial decisions for GuidePoint Security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Flexibility in work schedule is required.
• Willingness to learn and utilize AI-enabled tools is expected.
