• Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and collaborating across teams.
• Salesforce certification or a willingness to pursue it.
• Background in construction, industrial, or field service settings.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable practices.
