Sales Operations – Sales Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic collaborator with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, facilitating decision-making at operational, tactical, and executive levels;

• Oversee the creation and ongoing enhancement of Revenue Operations (RevOps) processes, concentrating on data, tools, processes, and enablement;

• Organize and lead revenue review meetings and alignment rituals across different areas;

• Develop, update, and refine dashboards, reports, and predictive growth and forecasting models;

• Promote an analytical culture and encourage the adoption of a self-service BI model;

• Streamline the tools stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI), ensuring data integrity and reliability;

• Discover and implement opportunities for process and workflow automation to minimize operational friction;

• Act as a liaison between technical teams (Product, Engineering, and Data) and business units, ensuring that RevOps insights and practices are woven into the organizational strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops, ideally within high-growth technology companies;

• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM;

• Expertise in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets;

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting metrics and KPIs and transforming them into actionable business insights;

• Practical experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar);

• Basic understanding of data pipeline and architecture;

• An autonomous, collaborative, and hands-on approach, with an emphasis on execution and consistent delivery.
