This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead sales initiatives that are in line with market conditions and group objectives.
• Assess and interpret sales trends alongside performance deficiencies.
• Take full ownership of sales forecasting and reporting processes from start to finish.
• Provide clear insights to stakeholders while addressing any obstacles encountered.
• Collaborate effectively with teams from Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in driving sales initiatives that align with market conditions and group objectives.
• Identify, assess, and respond to sales trends and performance gaps through comprehensive market and data analysis.
• Manage the entire sales forecasting and reporting process, including targets, dealers, tools, and accountability for outcomes.
• Provide concise, actionable insights to stakeholders; promptly escalate issues and implement corrective measures.
• Work collaboratively across functions (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing).
• Initial experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or within a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, experience with GSheets and other tools for handling and analyzing large, complex data sets; CRM experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other EU languages is an advantage.
