This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement sales training initiatives, including the introduction and reinforcement of the Sandler sales methodology.
• Design, execute, and continuously enhance structured onboarding programs for new service and project sales representatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure that new hires achieve quick and consistent ramp-up.
• Assist in the ongoing training and reinforcement of sales systems, tools, and processes to enhance adoption and efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, finance, and training teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of training, onboarding progress, and adherence to sales practices.
• Identify performance gaps and propose scalable solutions to enhance productivity and outcomes.
• Standardize best practices across teams to foster a consistent and repeatable sales approach.
• Manage timelines, communication, and deliverables for multiple simultaneous sales enablement projects.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, sales enablement, or sales operations.
• Experience in supporting or implementing established sales methodologies.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence across teams.
• Proven experience in developing training programs or onboarding processes.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to assess and enhance program effectiveness.
• Ability to integrate strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• A self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A genuine passion for developing individuals and enhancing sales performance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%).
