This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive management of the sales forecasting procedure, which includes data analysis and providing insights to the sales leadership team.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports using Salesforce and various Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Evaluate sales performance metrics, assess pipeline health, and determine forecast accuracy.
• Combine operational insights from diverse areas to offer guidance to leadership.
• Assist in the Annual Planning process, which encompasses territory design and quota establishment for a Division within the Splunk Americas sales organization.
• Create a strong operational rhythm to enhance consistency and predictability across the sales organization.
• Optimize the entire sales process to remove obstacles and boost productivity through the use of AI, automation, Salesforce, and reporting systems.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders regarding Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and decisions, including sales coverage, capacity, plays, and tactics across all Splunk teams.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure strategic alignment, consistent messaging, and effective go-to-market initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
