This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager and VP-level Sales Leadership to enhance our Enterprise Sales processes.
• Lead extensive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving Sales results.
• Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize Sales-related requests and process deficiencies based on their business impact and required effort.
• Create and maintain operational metrics to identify inefficiencies or risks within the sales workflow.
• Work alongside Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to improve automation and provide scalable tools.
• Promote Samsara’s cultural principles as we expand globally.
• Over 6 years of experience in Sales Operations roles, supporting cross-functional sales teams within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance Sales workflows through effective cross-functional project management.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Highly skilled in Salesforce.com and familiar with sales technology tools.
• Strong organizational abilities and sound business judgment.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data in shaping sales strategy and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience in translating policies and processes into resources and guidance for the field.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in Salesforce Administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
