This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with the Manager and VP-level Sales Leadership across Mexico’s Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sectors to enhance the sales process and boost ACV, retention, and growth.
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives that improve sales outcomes in Mexico through redesigning processes, upgrading tools, and implementing analytics-driven enhancements.
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize Sales-specific requests and identify process gaps, creating a roadmap aligned with the objectives of Mexico Sales.
• Develop and oversee operational metrics, pinpoint inefficiencies or risks within seller workflows, offer actionable insights, and execute solutions in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to improve automation, provide scalable tools, define business requirements, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage communications with end-users.
• Manage the annual account allocation process for Mexico, including territory design, book balancing, and distribution of accounts at the representative level.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding policy clarity, account ownership disputes, and requests for system enhancements.
• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles as the organization expands globally and opens new offices.
• Over 6 years of experience in Sales Operations supporting cross-functional sales teams in a dynamic SaaS environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university, preferably with a focus in business, finance, economics, or engineering.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Exceptional priority management skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance Sales workflows through effective cross-functional project management and develop sustainable solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and familiarity with various sales technology tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and sound business judgment.
• Proven track record of leading intricate projects from inception to execution.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data to influence sales strategies and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to translate policies and processes into accessible resources and guidance in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in Salesforce Administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
