Sales Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of SOPs, documentation, Asana, and process implementation within the sales team.

• Conduct daily sales reporting and analyze "no sale" data to initiate actions.

• Utilize our AI sales call grader on a daily basis for insights on objections and call quality.

• Oversee SAM onboarding, offboarding, and training on the tech stack.

• Assist with QA and provide direct administrative support to the sales leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in sales operations or operations support.

• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with Asana (or similar platforms) and CRM/sales tools.

• Exceptional command of English with a detail-oriented and ownership-driven work approach.
