This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee forecasting processes, pipeline evaluations, and opportunity governance for Latitude.
• Facilitate quote management workflows and execute operational processes.
• Enhance CRM data integrity, user adoption, and consistency in sales processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and operational insights for Sales Leadership.
• Collaborate with Revenue Systems teams on Salesforce upgrades and process enhancements.
• Examine sales performance trends, assess pipeline health, and track operational KPIs.
• Assist with territory planning and monitoring compensation initiatives.
• Aid in onboarding, documentation, and training for operational processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Support efforts for operational integration and initiatives aimed at process standardization.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest scalable improvements.
• Assist with operational processes related to marketplace and channel sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in supporting forecasting and pipeline management functions.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Background in supporting sales teams in technology-driven organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills, along with capabilities in reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and adept in stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
