This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the operational foundation of our Sales division.
• Provide the Sales team with necessary tools, processes, training, and reporting.
• Perform regular evaluations of the complete sales process.
• Record findings and create prioritized plans for improvement.
• Monitor progress on identified enhancements and report results.
• Create and distribute weekly and monthly reporting packages.
• Manage the onboarding process for new sales personnel.
• Develop and uphold sales playbooks and enablement resources.
• Conduct structured training initiatives.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for sales performance metrics.
• Serve as the main contact for issues related to sales tools.
• Oversee and enhance lead management systems, primarily Salesforce.
• Ensure smooth transitions and alignment on lead management and strategic projects.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in technology sales or a similar capacity.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including pipeline reporting, lead management, and workflow automation.
• Experience in developing and delivering sales training or enablement programs.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across various functions.
