This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement headcount capacity models, annual allocation targets, and quota-setting frameworks for the global pipeline generation team.
• Collaborate with Finance and Compensation teams to create, model, and execute monthly and quarterly commission plans and incentive structures.
• Deliver predictive forecasting and analysis on pipeline generation targets in relation to historical benchmarks.
• Create system tracking for the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring accurate date and time capture for stage transitions.
• Take ownership of and enhance automated routing frameworks and account segmentation models within Salesforce.
• Review and consolidate CRM workflows while standardizing lead dispositioning, stage progressions, and call outcomes.
• Lead projects focused on system consolidation, including platform merges, synchronization of routing logic, and testing/UAT cycles.
• Establish automated feedback loops between Sales Development, Marketing Operations, and Field Marketing concerning lead quality, campaign performance, and SLAs.
• Work alongside Salesforce Administrators, Data Engineering, and BI teams to prioritize requirements and develop pipeline dashboards.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Supervise administration, user provisioning, and performance tracking of essential sales enablement tools.
• Manage software license allocation and vendor relationships.
• Enhance tool utilization to support headcount growth and adhere to operational budget guidelines.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
• Specialized expertise in supporting both outbound and inbound sales development functions.
• Practical experience in territory carving, capacity modeling, quota setting, and governance of processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting, workflow mechanics, and lead-routing tools.
• Significant experience collaborating on changes to system architecture.
• Familiarity with modern business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Sigma, or PowerBI.
• Capability to transform varied pipeline data into structured, actionable insights for senior executive presentations.
• Excellent communication abilities and a proven history of fostering cross-functional alignment, managing system rollouts, and training sales teams on process governance.

• Previous experience in enterprise SaaS or high-growth B2B technology is a plus.
• Direct experience in managing integrations, database merges, or system consolidation projects is an advantage.
